Terms of use
Use My Screen Tester as a practical browser-based reference when you want to inspect a display before making a decision.
Last updated: September 18, 2026
What the site provides
My Screen Tester provides free browser tools and guides for visually checking pixels, brightness, color fields, screen uniformity, and browser-rendered refresh behavior. You may use the tools and the site's original guides for your own display inspection and decision-making.
Understand the limits
The tools show what a browser renders on the screen in front of you. They are observational aids, not laboratory measurements, hardware diagnostics, repair services, professional certification, or a replacement for a colorimeter. A browser check cannot confirm the condition of internal panel electronics, certify response time or input latency, create an ICC profile, or guarantee that a display will meet a manufacturer's specification.
Use the result as one piece of evidence. Repeat a suspicious observation under sensible lighting, check the connection and output mode, and compare any issue with the retailer's return policy or the manufacturer's warranty terms.
Availability and changes
The site, its tools, results, and editorial content are provided as available. Features may change, pages may be unavailable temporarily, and browser or device behavior can affect what you see. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free output, or a particular result on every device.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, My Screen Tester is not responsible for losses arising from reliance on a browser-based observation or from the availability of the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Independent content
My Screen Tester is an independent tool. Product names, display technologies, browser APIs, and other references belong to their respective owners and do not imply endorsement. You may link to the site and quote short excerpts with attribution. The site's original writing, design, and brand remain protected by their applicable rights.
