Report a tool issue
For a problem with a tester, tell us which page and test color or mode you used, what you expected to happen, and what you actually saw. Browser and operating-system versions, screen model, connection type, resolution, and refresh-rate settings can help explain a display-specific result.
If the issue involves fullscreen, keyboard controls, or a mobile browser, mention that too. A short sequence of steps is more useful than a screenshot alone.
Suggest a guide or improvement
Tell us what display decision you are trying to make and where the current explanation or workflow stops being useful. Suggestions about pixel checks, screen uniformity, refresh rate, color, and calibration are all welcome. The screen testing guides are a good place to see the topics already covered.
Before you write
My Screen Tester does not need passwords, payment details, screenshots containing personal information, or other sensitive material. Please share only the technical details needed to understand the display behavior. Read the Privacy policy to see how browser-side testing and messages sent by email are handled.
